Free AI Export Website Indexing Checklist

A practical checklist for small B2B exporters who want Google to discover a new independent website without turning the launch into a technical guessing game.

This is the first checklist I use before treating a new static website or article as ready to publish.

The Checklist

  1. Each important page has one clean public URL.
  2. Each public page has one clear title tag.
  3. Each page has one H1 that matches the page intent.
  4. Each page has a useful meta description.
  5. Canonical URLs use the final public domain and preferred trailing-slash format.
  6. The sitemap contains only real public pages, not drafts or test URLs.
  7. Robots.txt allows crawling and points to the sitemap.
  8. The homepage and main hub pages link to the newest important pages.
  9. The contact path is visible and works.
  10. The 404 page is controlled by the site, not the hosting default.
  11. Important pages load on desktop and mobile without obvious broken layout.
  12. Google Search Console can inspect the homepage, sitemap, and newest article or page.
  13. After submitting the sitemap, changes are written down before more edits are made.

How to Use It

Do not use this as a theoretical SEO document. Open your website, check each item, and write down what passed, what failed, and what you changed.

The goal is simple: separate access problems from patience problems. If Google cannot crawl the page, fix the technical issue. If Google can crawl it but has not indexed it yet, avoid nervous daily redesigns.
